Who We Are

Project Linus started in 1995 in Denver Colorado when a lady named Karen Loucks seen an article about a little girl who had cancer in California and she carried her blanket to her treatments and Karen decided after reading the article she would make blankets for the children's cancer hospital in Denver. Since that time Project Linus is now in all 50 state's and handed out blankets to over 1 million children in need ! And the blankets are done by all volunteers! The head office is located in Belton, Missouri.

What We Do

Our Project Linus  Chapters goal is to make blankets made with love with a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or in need of comfort.
