Help us roll out the red carpet for our visiting vendors! As a Vendor Liaison, you’ll guide vendors to their designated spaces, check in on them throughout the day to ensure they have everything they need, and gather their feedback with a brief event survey at the end. Your support ensures that each vendor has a smooth, successful, and enjoyable experience at our event. From sharing a Wi-Fi password to delivering water or checking in with a smile, your efforts help vendors have a successful and stress-free day.
Vendor Liaisons will assist with directing vendors to their designated locations, checking in throughout the day to offer support (such as water, Wi-Fi access, or general assistance), and distributing short event surveys at the end of the day. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and volunteers are needed in 2-hour shifts to ensure full coverage. Whether you take one shift or a few, your time makes a meaningful difference!
Key responsibilities: Directing vendors, providing support whether it's a wifi password, a water, etc., and providing them with an event survey at the end of the event.
Training: A vendor map with vendor descriptions and names will be provided to volunteers (1) week in advance to help them get acquainted. Volunteers will be welcomed to an in person volunteer meeting the week of the event to run through tasks and answer any questions.
Benefits: All volunteers will be gifted a Big Bend Bash shirt to wear event day.
