When Barton Baseball helped us in the past, they had 2 crews (one setup and the other to tear down), and each crew had 10-15 guys. The first crew would arrive around 3 pm to unload the 26 tables, ALL the chairs, umbrellas, signs, games, etc. With this manpower, it took no time to set up and the same for tear down.
Another crew of 10-15 guys arrived to tear down at about 8:45 and stayed until it was all loaded, trash collected, and trailers left the area. The event is over at 9 pm, but we start to gather things as the event comes to a close. Again, having the numbers made for an easy install and removal. In appreciation of all the work, GB Alive donated to the team at each event they were able to help us.
